IT Support Specialist -An exciting opportunity to work with a global insurance company! I am recruiting an IT Support Analyst for a prestigious Insurance firm based in London. I am looking for an individual with proven experience in a similar support role offering 1st/2nd line support with great customer service and the ability to work as part of a team or use your own initiative. London based role 4/5 times weekly Salary £35,000-£40,000 Responsibilities include- Log all IT issues and allocate priority and aspects of support in order to action resolution Provide desk side (in-person) and remote support to analyse, troubleshoot and resolve user issues Proactively solve issues and problems for hardware and software requirements. Keep all users updated on any immediate network matters/issues. Assist with updating the company intranet website (SharePoint). Help maintain the inventory ensuring it is accurate and up to date. Work with 3rd Party teams to request and order IT equipment. The successful candidate for this role will be able to deliver a high level of customer service by providing high quality IT support and service, both in-person, remotely and by phone, to address IT requirements across the business.
