Desktop Support - 1st 2nd Line Support - 3 days a week in London office ITIL / Office 365 / Powershell Permanent £40-43k pa An excellent opportunity for a dedicated and proactive Desktop Support Engineer to work in a supportive and knowledgeable team for a successful global financial services company. Providing 1st and 2nd line support this role will involve a high level of customer liaison on the telephone, via email and virtual meetings as well as face-to-face. Working in an ITIL environment you will be supporting Office 365 and Azure Active Directory as well as administering and using Patch Software Deployment tools. You should also have experience in Powershell script writing. Personality is key in this role, as part of a small team you will be enthusiastic and dedicated to providing excellent customer experience.
