As IT Support Engineer, you will be exposed to 1st 2nd line support with the backing and guidance of more experienced engineers. There will also be involvement in bigger project works, to learn from and progress to 3rd line involvement. As well as providing IT support to clients both virtually and on site, your duties as IT Support Engineer will include project work on client network, infrastructure, hardware, and system upgrades. Handling queries and reacting to callouts across London, you will support desktops, laptops, servers, local cloud-based networks, VOIP systems, and Fibre Broadband provisioning. Your customer-facing skills and prior experience working in an IT support role, will set you up perfectly to thrive within this position.
