Senior Recruitment Consultant / Divisional Lead Civil Engineering Build Environments ndash; Permanent White Collar GBP30,000 - GBP45,000 salary with OTE of GBP70,000 to GBP90,000+ per annum Dublin, Ireland About the Opportunity: Our group is expanding and we are looking for an existing Senior Consultant or Team Leader who has experience of recruiting in a 360 capacity within construction or civil engineering. This opportunity will offer the chance to build your own team in a new area for our business, in Ireland. About the Benefits Rewards: We base salaries on the experience and ability of each professional we meet but offer beyond the typical level in the industry. You can expect a basic salary from GBP30,000 to GBP45,000 and a commission structure that has no threshold, with brackets starting at 10% working up to 35% of everything you bill. In addition to basic salary and commission, we offer generous quarterly bonuses, quarterly target-based events, regular team social events (which you could be part of), on-going perks and smaller benefits inside our offices. About the Requirements: Successful applicants will ideally have prior experience of white-collar construction or civil engineering recruitment and will be capable of business generation and client delivery leading to fees. In a perfect world you will have operated in Ireland or will have been based there before, but we are open to considering UK based recruiters who are looking to move to the Irish market. We are also keen to consider individuals who are qualified in construction or civil engineering or have previously worked in the sectors we specialise in.
