Accounts payable assistant

Are you an Accounts Payable Assistant looking for a new opportunity? Were recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join an Industrial Engineering Company based in the Warrington area. The salary is paying up to GBP30,000 per annum depending on your experience with hybrid options and flexible hours. The role is to process payments and control all expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. You must have 1-3 years experience in Accounts Payable within a medium or large industrial organisation. What will you be doing as an Accounts Payable Assistant? middot; Process Invoices efficiently. middot; Ensure supplier payments are made with payment terms. middot; Reconcile statements and resolve supplier queries. middot; Correspond with suppliers updating emails, addresses bank details ect. middot; Assist in month end processes and deadlines. middot; Liaise with departments within the business providing relevant information. middot; To process Subcontract invoices. middot; Assist the AP team with holiday cover. We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: middot; 1-3 years experience in Accounts Payable within a medium or large industrial organisation. middot; Good basic education. middot; Sage experience. middot; Great communication skills. middot; Strong attention to detail and organisation skills. middot; Ability to act on own initiative. middot; Ability to work as an active Team Member, within a small group. middot; Good knowledge and understanding of Accounts Payable. What will you get in return for your work as a Accounts Payable Assistant? middot; A salary paying up to GBP25,000 per annum depending on your experience. middot; No weekends. middot; Monday to Friday. middot; Hybrid working once youve settled in to the team. middot; Mon-Fri 07:30-15:30/08:00-16:00/08:30-16:30/09:00-17:00. middot; Pension scheme. middot; Private healthcare. middot; Generous 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. middot; Free car parking.
