Contracts manager

One of our clients who are a very well respected Design and Build contractor are seeking a Contracts Manager. Role Overview: As a Residential Contracts Manager, you #39;ll play a pivotal role in the success of their projects, overseeing the seamless execution of contracts from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing the entire contract lifecycle, from procurement and negotiation to administration and closeout. * Collaborating closely with our design team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget. * Monitoring project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to maintain project efficiency and excellence. * Ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations, building codes, and regulatory requirements. * Proactively identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process. * Providing regular updates and reports to key stakeholders on project progress and performance.
