Key Responsibilities: Provide inspirational leadership within the English department, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant undergraduate degree. Significant experience teaching English at the secondary level, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons and achieving excellent results. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues to achieve common goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
