Teaching assistant - Hayes * Primary school * Hayes * Full-Time * GBP85-GBP100 a day *Depending on experience Empowering Learning are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants to work within a supportive and inlcusive Primary School in Hayes, supporting pupils with SEND. We are looking for dynamic and adaptable Teaching assistants, that will be able to support pupils daily in the classroom. We also have a number of Primary and Secondary Schools in Hayes and surrounding boroughs with Teaching Assistant and Learning Support Assistant vacancies. Job Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant * Supporting pupils with various SEN including ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties. * Supervising pupil #39;s behaviour * Encourage and support the pupils learning and development * Support social interaction * Helping the teacher prepare for lessons and plan activities Job Requirements of a Teaching Assistant * Experience of support children with SEND * Experience supporting children with learning difficulties or disabilities. * Strong communication skills * Valid child and adult enhanced DBS registered with the online update service or be willingness to obtain one Empowering Learning Ltd is a committed Equal Opportunities Employer and therefore will not discriminate on the grounds of age, gender, race, ethnicity, disability or sexual orientation.
