We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Plant Fitterr to join our team and take on a key leadership role in our depot. Senior Plant FitterResponsibilities: : Spend 70 of your time on the tools, providing hands:on support and guidance to engineers in the maintenance and repair of heavy plant machinery. : Routine maintenance of range of plant machinery : Supporting a team of engineers : Support the depot manager by handling administrative duties, including scheduling, inventory management, and reporting. : Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency in the depot. Senior Plant FitterQualifications: :A full UK Driving licence : Proven experience in heavy plant maintenance and repair. : Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support junior engineers. : Excellent organizational and communication skills. : Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the plant industry. : Ability to balance hands:on work with administrative responsibilities.
