Business analyst

Your new company A UK-based Private Equity firm is specifically atrusted investment partner to businesses in developing countries. They are fast-growing and are currently undergoing alarge amount of transformation and are looking for people who are deliveryfocussed, collaborative and driven who want to grow a long-term career withinthe organisation. Your new role A Business Analyst opportunity has arisen to join theorganisation, working as part of the Business change team. Currently, they are a team of around 12 Business Analysts and Project managers. As a Business Analyst in the team, you will berequired to work on end-end projects - both business and technology change. Youwill be required to work closely with key stakeholders across multiple businessareas, including both business and technology, this is likely to includeinteraction with C-level stakeholders. There are a variety of projects you could be workingon, specifically, enhancements to their trading system (e-front), payroll systemimplementation, location strategy etc. This Business Analyst role will give youthe opportunity to work on multiple initiatives which could cover front-backoffice related projects. What you #39;ll need to succeed You will have a strong Business Analysis backgroundwith experience of working on multiple initiatives, both business andtechnology change. You will have experience of working on an end-end projectimplementation, from initiation through to delivery. Knowledge of the PrivateMarkets industry is highly desirable, but you will be considered if you candemonstrate a strong background in other financial services organisations,particularly Wealth/ Asset Management. Knowledge of the E-front is also nice tohave.
