Key Responsibilities: * Leverage your recruitment experience to understand client requirements and candidate profiles. * Employ various strategies, such as networking and candidate sourcing, to identify exceptional talent. * Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to ensure the right fit for available positions. * Foster strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure successful placements. * Provide exceptional customer service that aligns with iRecruit UK #39;s values.
