Home based Supervising Social Worker salary up to GBP40,000 per annum NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in the Cambridgeshire area in order to help them find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis. This is a fully home based role, offering you a lot of flexibility with your schedule. Responsibilities: The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of 10 foster families, located mostly around Cambridgeshire. The team includes Admin workers that are helping the Social Workers with the paperwork, saving you a lot of time. In this role, you will be joining a therapeutic fostering agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating, so you will be part of a very nice and supportive working environment. They provide ongoing therapeutic training so you can develop your skills within therapeutic fostering.
