Learning support assistant

We #39;re collaborating with well-established secondary schools located in the heart of Wigan, Greater Manchester, who are seeking a dedicated Learning Mentor to inspire and provide crucial support on a 1-2-1 and small group basis. The ideal Learning Mentor will be: Passionate, enthusiastic, and reflective about teaching and learning. Capable of inspiring and motivating students to achieve their full potential. Compassionate, empathetic, and sensitive to the individual needs of our students. Committed to continually raising standards, self-evaluation, and school improvement. A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or individuals with a background in youth work to work with a diverse range of students and support with SEN, SEMH, and behavioral issues. Key details: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. Competitive daily rates starting at GBP84, paid weekly. Immediate start. Potential for a temporary-to-permanent contract for the right candidate.
