Graduate Product Support Engineer Job Location: Poole Job Type: Permanent Salary: Excellent starting salary Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am ndash; 5pm A leading Manufacturer who supplies engineered products to a variety customer around the UK and Europe are looking to recruit a Graduate Mechanical or Industrial Engineer to undertake a position of Product Support within their busy Aftersales team. The company is experiencing growth and in line with their plans for the future are adding to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from the experienced Manager all aspects of the company products, how they work, operate, run and how to best advise engineers on how to keep them running. The company provides excellent customer support and service and with that strive to ensure that can solve any technical issue smoothly. This is a brilliant role for someone who is technical minded, has an interest in either Mechanical or Industrial engineering and wants to work for a company that will offer training and excellent career prospects. Some of your duties will include: * Helping customers and engineers with product support across the range of company products and machines. * Parts procurement / liaising with engineering and suppliers * Handling enquiries, advising of suitable products and sending out quotes for works * Helping the technicians with any mechanical trials or works orders in the workshop Experience required: * Mechanical or Industrial Engineering knowledge ndash; either from a college course, apprenticeship or as a graduate would be beneficial * Technically minded * High level of computer / IT literacy * Has excellent communication skills For more information, please apply with a full CV and covering letter by email or call our Recruitment Team on (phone number removed).
