Internal account manager

We are delighted to be working on behalf of one of Europe rsquo;s leading PCB suppliers to support them in finding an Account Manager to join their global organisation based in Devizes. Our client is experiencing sustained and predicted growth, so this role will be key in providing support to the sales team, with full responsibility of managing a growing of UK accounts. Key Responsibilities: * Responsible and full ownership of Internal Accounts * Complete ownership of the order process. * Generate Purchase Orders / Sales Orders. * Manage and interpret customer forecasts. * Understand and provide customer status reports. * Updating and maintaining our CRM system. * Responsible for varying stock models * Aged Stock Control * KAM (Key Account Manager - External Sales) * Working with all KAM #39;s - external sales team * Assisted Customer visits * Build strong relationships with all customers * Liaise with customer on all aspects of the account management and coordinate and prioritise all customer enquiries * Required Experience Qualifications: Required Experience Qualifications: * Competent in using Excel (lookup, pivot tables, etc.) * Microsoft Dynamics * Customer Centric * Previous sales experience * Experience of working within a team * Able to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment * Excellent organisational and planning skills * The ability to work to tight deadlines * Strong communication skills * Strong work ethic * A confident and professional telephone manner * Timekeeping ndash; critical OFFER Free parking Annual Salary potential dependent on experience - GBP40K (GBP28K plus approx. GBP12K bonus) Pro Rata Pension (5% non - contributory - 3% staff contribution) 33 days holiday (25 standard and 8 public holidays) Monday to Thursday 8.30am ndash; 5.30pm - office based Fri 8.30am to 1.30pm (home working - home).
