Associate project manager

We are currently partnered with a market leading, International Consultancy, who due to further sustainable growth, are expanding their Project Management team within their London Office, seeking an Associate Level Project Manager. Associate Project Manager London GBP70,000 - GBP85,000 basic salary Car allowance, Bonus and comprehensive package The role of Associate Project Manager: Work on diverse range of projects: Delivery of project management services to clients across various sectors and project stages Take a leadership role in the Health and Safety arrangements for projects Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams of internal and external design consultants Stakeholder engagement: Effective communicate project expectations to the team members and stakeholders Manage existing client relationships and assist in the development of further opportunities Establish detailed client #39;s brief and responsibilities of consultants and specialists Establish lines of communication and reporting procedures with the client and within the design team Arrange studies and surveys: Arrange feasibility studies, including site surveys, site investigation, site evaluation etc Build Teams: Advise on/implement the selection and appointment of all necessary consultants and specialists Assist clients to obtain statutory consents: Co-ordinate and obtain planning consents and all necessary statutory approvals Prepare and maintain the master programme for all pre and post contract activities and monitor progress Manage finances from inception to completion, including cash flow forecasts, monitoring project expenditure, and recommendations of payments by client, as well as internal budget and resourcing Lead and manage the design team, including leading on risk and value managementQualifications: BSc/MSc in a relevant engineering / project management related subject You will ideally have one or be working towards one of the following qualifications: MRICS MCIOB APMP PRINCE2Your benefits in your role as Associate Project Manager: Market leading salary of between GBP70,000 - GBP85,000 5% annual bonus Company car or car allowance 9% pension 26 days holiday+ Bank Holidays (option to buy or sell to suit you) Free Private Medical Insurance, Doctor at Hand Private GP Private Dental Plan Cycle to Work Scheme 3 days a year to give your time to others, volunteering for great causes A flexible approach to hybrid working, to suit both you your team Tailored career development - focused on professional, personal and/or educationalIf you would like to discuss this Project Manager role further please contact Will Elliott on (phone number removed) / At Gleeson Recruitment Group, we embrace inclusivity and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.
