Production Operator Role As a vital member of our dynamic and expanding production operatives team, our production operator will be responsible for producing high-quality and highly accurate chemical blends. The primary goal is to ensure alignment with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the team. Production Operator Responsibilities * Executing batch manufacturing of chemical mixtures (10L to 25,000L) in the manufacturing area, adhering to stringent specifications and SOPs * Transferring finalised blends into sales containers, with an emphasis on the safe handling of corrosive, flammable, and toxic chemicals * Performing periodic in-process lab testing * Actively contributing to process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, safety, and precision in chemical handling and manufacturing processes Production Operator Qualifications This role is more about experience and expertise in technical chemical blending, encompassing the production of standards with batch sizes ranging from 10L to 25,000L. Production Operator Skills and Competencies * Proficient in using lab equipment and conducting lab tests following established methods such as titrations, pH measurement, viscosity, and solid content tests * Computer literate, with experience in the use of Office 365 as well as manufacturing and documentation software * Strong ability to follow written work instructions and SOPs * Competent and confident in operating simple machinery and equipment * Proven ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines to meet customer expectations * Ability to work as part of a team * Ability to adapt to changing business needs * Approachable and polite How to Apply: Click on Apply and attach your CV NO AGENCIES PLEASE
