Legal secretary insolvency corporate recovery

Our client has a permanent, full-time vacancy for a Legal Secretary to support the Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Team. The role is offered 4 days office based and 1 day remote working. We are looking for someone with excellent secretarial skills to operate on a pool structure, working for the Insolvency Corporate Recovery team. You will be supporting them with a range of tasks in a timely and efficient way. Some of your duties will include bull; Transcribing and proof-reading letters, emails and other correspondence bull; Audio typing and some file management bull; Typing of documents and track amendments bull; Scanning, paginating and photocopying bull; File opening, ID checks and preparation of client care letters bull; Providing general administration support to the team Requirements bull; Excellent written and oral communication skills bull; A good eye for detail bull; Good organisation and time management abilities bull; Excellent team player bull; Great typing skills bull; Motivated with a strong commitment to learning bull; Prior secretarial experience within this area of law would be advantageous Due to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application straight away.
