Field service engineer

Heels Brogues Recruitment are working with one of our top clients to expand the Coffee Field Service Engineer team. Job Title: Field Service Engineer Salary: From GBP32,000 plus an annual bonus of 5% Location: Milton Keynes Benefits for the Field Service Engineer: * Private Medical Insurance (Taxable Benefit) * Company van. Available for private use (Taxable Benefit) * Full uniform/PPE * Laptop, Mobile phone, Company Credit Card and Fuel card * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Weekly overtime rate is GBP22.50 per hour after 47.5 hours * Weekend overtime rate is GBP22.50 per hr * Bank holiday overtime rate is GBP30 per hr plus an additional GBP50 standby * 40 hours standard working week plus 2.5 hours per week unpaid lunch break. Plus 5 hours travelling time paid at GBP10 per hour * Non-Contributory company pension scheme (company pays 10%) * Death in Service. 4 times annual salary to nominated persons * Full training supplied although must have previous experience in electrical and engineering from previous employment. As a Coffee Field Service Engineer, you will receive full training before joining the 1-4 weekend rota, allowing you to become an integral part of our team. They are seeking a positive and enthusiastic Coffee Field Service Engineer to join their team; however, experience in another electro-mechanical field service role would be considered. Main duties and responsibilities for a Field Service Engineer: * Install, commission and set up the commercial coffee equipment * Perform pre-planned preventative maintenance services as a Field Service Engineer * Attend re-active break down and repair call outs * Operator training (e.g. operation and cleaning of coffee equipment) * Self-sufficient management of spare parts stock holding in service van * To manage and supply timely paperwork, including full completion of service reports (with photos if required) as a Field Service Engineer * To support colleagues and engage pro-actively with all areas of the business Schedule: Monday to Friday (1 in 4 Weekend) Come and join the team and be a valued member, by joining a forward thinking company that is in the coffee industry who can secure your future with it #39;s extensive range of contracts and UK presence
