Project administrator

An opportunity has arisen for a Project Administrator to join the team at QA Weld Tech, an Oil Gas equipment manufacturer based in the North East of England. With over 40 years of experience in manufacturing critical subsea components and systems, we excel in providing our customers with the specialised products we produce. This is a fantastic time to join us at QA Weld Tech. In 2023 we joined the Express Engineering Group who employ nearly 300 employees across their two Company rsquo;s, Express Engineering (Fabrications) (trading as QA Weld Tech) and Express Engineering (Gateshead). The main duties of the Project Administrator role will include: * Preparing customer contract files * Processing sales orders, Bill of Materials and drawings * Supporting the preparation of documentation for pre and post technical review * Preparation of reports including customer status reporting * Creation and issue of documentation for the production team * creation, submission and monitoring of Notifiations of Inspection to ensure quality project requirements are met * Supporting the wider business objectives as required As with all positions, due to the nature and varying demands of our business, the responsibilities and tasks are not limited to this overview and may change to meet future demands.
