Property Manager, GBP28-32,000 based in Oxford Our client is looking for an experienced and ambitious Property Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful individual will have previous experience within a similar role, enjoy being busy and be able to provide an exceptional level of service. Areas of Accountability: Manage the property portfolio, providing advice and support to Landlord and Tenants Manage all property maintenance enquiries Liaise with Landlords and contractors for works to be completed Arrange inventories, gas safety certificates, EPC #39;s and all other legal documentation Arrange and carry out property inspections including reporting findings Process all tenancy renewals and deposit negotiations The Individual: Experience within the property industry Self-motivation with a #39;can do #39; attitude Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team Extremely well organised and able to prioritise your own work load Professional, positive, diligent and diplomatic Full, clean UK driving licence is essential Unfortunately due to the volume of applications we receive, if Copperfield Recruitment Ltd has not contacted you within five days of your application then please assume you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.
