Senior team lead

Hunts Recruitment is looking to recruit an experienced and professional Senior Team Lead for a residential service near Central Southampton. * Hours: Across Monday to Sunday 5 days per week, 8 hour shifts - these will be a mix of early shifts, mid shifts and late shifts. * Salary: GBP27,500 per annum plus additional sleep in payments of GBP68.15 (as required for emergency cover). * Drivers: Drivers are highly preferred for this role due to the potential of needing to support in other services from time to time. * Experience Required: Must be an established Senior / Team Leader with a minimum of one year experience at this level. Primary Responsibilities /Activities * To Deputise in the absence of the Deputy and/or Registered Manager during their absence, following agreed policies, procedures, and management techniques at all times * Support and hold supervisions as required. * Develop effective working relationships with all colleagues across the home. * Fully support and positively implement the decisions of the management of the organisation. * To relate professionally with staff and any other agency or authoritative person. * Create and uphold an open, positive, and inclusive colleague culture. * Implement the development of the home rsquo;s policies * Assist in the formulation, review and implementation of individual care plan. * Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the standards required by legislation related to registration of the home. * Respond to day-to-day problematical issues which arise and escalate as required.
