Trainee cover supervisor

Trainee Cover Supervisors are a great first step into the education sector. There are no formal qualifications required to apply to be a Trainee Cover Supervisor, although a reasonable level of literacy and numeracy is desired. You will also require a degree of flexibility due to the nature of the role. Your main role is to provide cover for absent teachers. You will be required to deliver the work that the teacher has set and be confident in managing a classroom of students with ages ranging from 11-18.
