Care team leader

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Care Team Leader to support the management team in the day-to-day operations of a high-quality domiciliary service based near to the Bedfordshire area. * Competitive salary of GBP23,000 - GBP26,000 yearly * Opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable people * Dynamic role with scope for professional development. The Role: * Work closely with the Registered Manager and care team to effectively run the service * Promote a positive culture in line with the company ethos and values * Provide inspired leadership to the team ensuring exceptional service is delivered to clients * Support the recruitment and training of Care Professionals and the office team * Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees * This role is client and carer based. You will be the first point of contact for new clients, you will do initial client assessments, client compliance etc. The Candidate: The ideal candidate should have: * Experience in a similar care related roles, or a care supervisor/ care coordinator role or a senior care/support worker role * The ability to multi task and perform under pressure * Good knowledge and understanding of compliance and legislative requirements of the Care Standards regulations * Good working knowledge of IT Systems with experience of Microsoft Office or Google Suite * A #39;can do #39; attitude The Package: * Competitive salary of GBP23,000 - GBP26,000 yearly * Opportunities for professional development * Dynamic and supportive working environment Our client is a leading provider of domiciliary care services for a range of service users in the Bedfordshire area.
