AS A CHEF DE PARTIE YOU rsquo;LL: bull; Be part of a kitchen that is creative, nurturing and positive, promoting learning and a passion for food and produce. bull; Have previous experience as a chef for at least 1 year bull; Learn set recipes and ensure all menu items are made to specification, meeting our high standard of quality and presentation. bull; Communicate with the kitchen team, taking on board regular feedback bull; Ensure that Health Safety and Food Safety standards are adhered to and recommendations from Food Safety Audits carried out. bull; Assist with all administration for the kitchen, ensuring that it is completed according to all deadlines, including food hygiene records, stocktakes, wastage sheets and cleanliness records. bull; Support the Kitchen Manager in the recruitment, induction and on boarding of any new Kitchen team members.
