Senior town planner

Senior Town Planner Bedford HR 11519 Permanent Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be working alongside a growing and dynamic planning consultancy in their search for a Senior Town Planner. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a variety of residential, commercial and retail schemes. In this instance applications are sought from candidates who have Chartered Membership of the RTPI and demonstrable planning experience, preferably within the private sector. Within the role you will: * Undertake site assessment, strategy development and preparing client proposals * Manage planning development projects from instruction to completion * Prepare and submit planning applications * Prepare Local Plan representations and cases for development * Lodge appeals and potentially appearing at Informal formal Hearings * Developing client relationships In return the company are offering flexible/hybrid working, full benefits package and competitive starting salary.
