Job Title: Behaviour Support Assistant Location: Pontefract Salary Scale: GBP85 - GBP105(dependent on experience) Start Date: ASAP GSL Education Yorkshire is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant for a school located in Pontefract. The school seeks someone to support its students with SEN needs. The selection of applicants will be based on a trial and interview with the school. As a Behaviour Support Assistant you will possess the following: Previous experience working as a Behaviour Support Assistant. Skills to improve the behaviour and well-being of individual pupils. Ability to support pupils who are experiencing learning difficulties. Ability to establish meaningful positive relationships quickly. Ability to support pupils inside and outside of the classroom. Help pupils to increase their confidence and self-esteem by listening to them and devising appropriate strategies.
