Import export logistical administration

In this exciting role, you #39;ll be the bridge between our dedicated teams, ensuring seamless import/export operations and providing exceptional administrative support. You #39;ll wear multiple hats, from managing stock control and liaising with suppliers to handling customs documentation and assisting with daily office tasks. Here #39;s what you #39;ll be doing: Logistics Maestro: Oversee import/export procedures, conduct audits, and maintain accurate stock levels to meet current and future demands. Import/Export Guru: Manage documentation, liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders, negotiate shipping rates, and secure space for international shipments. Team Player: Collaborate with logistics, purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure efficient operations. Administrative Ace: Assist with daily office tasks, manage email communication, and provide general administrative support. We #39;re looking for someone who: Has a minimum of 1 year experience in logistics operations and 1 year in import/export administration. Possesses excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks. Enjoys working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Has strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Knowledge of Incoterms is a plus.
