As Operations and Production Director, reporting to the CEO, you will lead the operations and production to drive continuous improvements in project management and operational excellence, internal processes and WIP to maximise profitability on projects. You will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, electrical and commissioning departments, as well as the warehousing and plant workflows. You will oversee the delivery of projects, production planning, review of project budgets, lead FAT SAT and staffing requirements, ensuring projects are delivered to time and cost constraints. Growing and improving this division of the business is a strategic goal. This role will provide lots of visibility and further opportunities for personal progression over the coming years.
