Electrical maintenance engineer

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Alexander Steele is working with a leading food manufacturing business based in Suffolk. Our client is looking for an experienced electrically bias engineer to join the business on a permanent basis. The role holder will be responsible for testing and repairing equipment, both agricultural and production equipment. You will play a fundamental role in minimising downtime, ensuring product quality and operational efficiency. What rsquo;s on Offer: bull; Paying circa GBP45,000 + GBP2,500 call out bull; Company pension bull; 25 days holiday + bank holidays bull; Monday ndash; Friday (days) - 48-hour week Responsibilities: bull; Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on a wide range of production equipment, including conveyors, packaging machines etc. bull; Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic issues to minimise downtime and production interruptions. bull; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality. bull; Conform to safety rules and apply good electrical and safety practices.
