Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any observations to management. Participate in an on-call rotation and contribute to proactive maintenance efforts. Manage stock levels and obtain necessary quotes for spare parts. Requirements: Electrical competence with proven facilities maintenance experience. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities. Effective communication skills across all levels. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Familiarity with Health and Safety regulations and Building Management Systems is advantageous. Qualifications: Formal engineering qualification or recognized apprenticeship preferred. City Guilds qualification desirable. Experience: Previous experience in facilities maintenance, ideally in a healthcare environment. Practical knowledge of Health and Safety procedures. Exposure to Building Management Systems, fire alarms, and access control systems preferred. Language: Proficiency in English required. Other Details: Site-based role with no international travel.
