You #39;ll be in safe hands from our induction and on-site training to regular reviews and welfare checks with our managers. We are recruiting for a Cargo Screener position based in Minworth. The pay rate is GBP11.44 per hour. The position requires primarily the operation of various X-Ray machines to assist in processing large volumes of freight in a busy warehouse environment. Additional duties may include gatehouse operation, aircraft search other aviation security tasks. Monday to Friday - 12.30pm to 8.30pm. Successful candidates will benefit from fully funded specific X-ray training which is a recognised qualification across the Aviation Industry. *Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years UK residency.* *Due to licensing requirements, you must be over 18 to apply for this position.* Your Time at Work As a Cargo Screener, you are a key part of the Aviation security operation on our customer #39;s site. Your duties will include: - Using an x-ray machine, you #39;ll be conducting screening and security checks for prohibited items on cargo to be transported. - Recording and escalating any issues or concerns. - You #39;ll also be conducting screening checks on staff entering and leaving the warehouse, whilst ensuring the safety of everything in your area. You will also have good computer skills. Due to licensing requirements, you must be over 18 to apply for this position. It would be a benefit to have some security or aviation experience however it #39;s not essential, as we provide full Aviation Security training.
