Role Overview: As a Pre-Sales / Solutions Manager specialising in payments and transactions, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and expanding our market presence. Leveraging your technical expertise and strategic mindset, you will spearhead our pre-sales activities and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the fintech ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor technical solutions for payments and transactions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our offerings. Serve as a technical liaison between clients and internal product development teams, providing valuable feedback and insights to inform product enhancements. Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with payment processors, financial institutions, and other industry players to drive business growth and expand market reach. Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sale implementation and support.Requirements: Proven experience in a pre-sales engineering or technical sales role within the fintech industry, with a focus on payments and transactions. Strong technical understanding of payments infrastructure, including APIs, payment gateways, and transaction processing systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships that drive business growth and deliver value.
