If yes ndash; you rsquo;ll want to read on hellip; Our Luton Casino are on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Betting Shop Manager to help us develop and deliver an entirely new way of offering sports viewing and betting on sport in the UK. As our Assistant Betting Shop Manager, you will: Manage the overall operations of the betting shop. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with placing bets, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional manner. Assisting to train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales goals. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, including responsible gambling practices. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for staff and customers.
