Cad technician

Job Role: CAD Technician Industry: Retail Displays, Events Activations Location: Bradford Salary: GBP35K - GBP38K DOE My client is looking for an experienced CAD Technician to join their drawing department due to continued growth. You will have a strong working background in a similar role, and have experience using Inventor software. If you are looking for a new challenge and want to join an ambitious, progressive market leader, then this could be the role for you! Your experience ndash; * You will have working knowledge and understanding of CAD Software; AutoCAD, 3DS MAX, SolidWorks, Inventor etc. * Experience with Adobe Creative Suite will be beneficial. * Confident communicator who is comfortable being client facing, taking initial briefs and delivering kick off design meetings with internal teams. * Producing initial concepts and technical drawings both 2D and 3D. * A good understanding of manufacturing processes and various solutions involved; metalwork, fabrication, woodwork, electrical and wiring etc. * Managing multiple projects at one time, ensuring timescales and quality control are kept throughout.
