BIM Lead / BIM Manager Job Description: We are seeking a proficient and experienced BIM Lead/BIM Manager to join our dynamic team in Surrey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Revit MEP and AutoCAD, showcasing leadership skills, project management capabilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. This is a full-time, in-office position with the opportunity to take on a pivotal role within our organization. Key Requirements: * Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD is a must. * Proven experience as a Lead in BIM projects. * Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior team members. * Hands-on experience in independently managing projects and teams. Responsibilities: * Lead and oversee a CAD team of 4 professionals. * Independently manage projects up to stage 5, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. * Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) in collaboration with project stakeholders. * Effectively manage project deadlines and ensure the team meets or exceeds expectations. * Act as the primary client interface, addressing concerns, and providing updates as needed. * Attend coordination meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration with all project stakeholders. Qualifications: * Preferred bachelor rsquo;s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. * Proven track record of successful BIM project management. * Strong organizational and leadership skills. * Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
