Job Opportunity: Staff Nurse Days Location: Sleaford GBP23.79 per hour 24 hours a weekup GBP30,000 About the Role Are you a registered nurse seeking a fulfilling career in a care home environment? I #39;m looking to recruit dedicated nurses to join our team on a day shift schedule. Responsibilities bull; Working with the Home Manager, Clinical Lead, and fellow nurses to deliver high-quality nursing care. bull; Support carers with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. bull; Administer medication, update nursing care plans, and maintain accurate daily records. bull; Promote residents #39; choice, dignity, and independence while overseeing the care team. bull; Ensure all care plans are regularly updated and evaluate patient outcomes to maintain high standards. Essential Requirements bull; Professional qualification as a Registered Nurse. bull; Ability to commute to the workplace (within 30 minutes). bull; Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. bull; IT literacy. bull; Leadership and team management skills. bull; Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules. bull; A positive and caring attitude towards residents. bull; Desired Skills and Experience bull; Knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2012 and related standards. bull; Experience supervising a team. bull; Previous experience in a nursing home setting.
