Part time Maintenance Technician required for student accommodation in central Bristol ndash; BS1 GBP15 per hour 16 hours per week, split over 3 days Working hours are Monday to Friday, between 9am - 5pm About the role Minor reactive repairs Carrying out planned maintenance works Painting and decorating Health and safety checks Grounds maintenance - gardening, refuse recycling management etc The installation of white goods Carrying out visual PAT testing Changing plugs and fuses Minor plumbing tasks.
