Job Title: Multi Trader Salary: GBP34,000 plus company van fuel card Type: Temporary to Permanent (Permanent contract offered after 12 weeks of work) Start Date: ASAP Role and Responsibilities We are seeking Multi Traders to join a large social housing contractor team. In this role, you will be working on both void and tenanted social housing properties, ensuring the maintenance and refurbishment tasks are carried out to a high standard. Key Requirements To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements: * Full UK Driving License * Proven experience in social housing environments * Able to carry out at least 2 of: Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Painting Decorating Benefits * Company van and fuel card provided * Opportunities for overtime
