Senior Care Assistant Hourly Rate: GBP13.42 Per hour - (Plus paid breaks!!) Shifts:Nights - (8-8) 42 hours per week 3 on 3 off shift basis 28 days holiday (Unfortunately sponsorship is not provided at the moment) Job Description: As a Senior Support Worker, you will be working as part of the care team, recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents, conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, as well as, contributing to care planning and coaching support workers. With an emphasis on high quality, the purpose of the role is to maintain the personal care needs of residents, respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence. This role could be for you if have: * Previous experience in a senior care role. * Strong communication and leadership skills. * Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Empathetic and caring nature. Qualifications required: * NVQ level 3 in Health Social Care is essential for this role * At least 6 months experience of being a Senior / Team Leader in a Residential Care Home Setting is essential.
