Vehicle motions product engineer lead

Position Title: Vehicle Motions Product Lead Sector : Automotive Position type: Contract Location: Leamington Spa Outside IR35 Contechs are currently recruiting on behalf of their client who are an automotive consultancy that streamline the way luxury, dynamically engaging, vehicles are made. They are seeking a Vehicle Motions Product Lead on a contract basis. This role will be a hybrid role based in Warwick. Job Description As a Product Engineer, your main responsibilities will be: Define the experience for our automotive products in the product team, own and lead the product experience for a specific area within the Client. Responsible for setting the experience direction and documenting product requirements that can be used to develop new and existing vehicle functions. Collaborating with design, CX and engineering to continuously develop and improve the experience of our vehicles. Develop customer use cases for our vehicles to shape experiences that delight customers and reinforce our value proposition Qualifications / Skills needed: Strong experience in Product development and User Experience. Ideally in Technology, digital or automotive. Strong understanding of user research methodologies and data analysis techniques. Proven track record of success in developing and implementing UX strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different disciplines.
