Job description Job Description Fixed Term (Maternity Cover) Payroll Administrator Our client is currently looking to hire an experienced Payroll Administrator for a 12-month fixed term position. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified candidate to join our client #39;s reputable publishing group in the UK. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with 3 days working from home and 2 days working from their Didcot office. The Payroll Administrator will collaborate closely with the HR department to oversee the successful management of the company #39;s UK payroll. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, proficient data entry skills, and a minimum of one year of experience in a comparable role. Location: Didcot Primary duties for Payroll Administrator * Ensure the timely and precise delivery of payrolls in a professional manner that reflects a strong commitment to customer service. * Compliance with all relevant laws and regulations is a top priority. * Responsible for accurately inputting payroll data for new employees, departures, and updating any necessary changes. * Prepare monthly variance reconciliations, management reports, and fulfil ad-hoc reporting requests as needed.
