Cover supervisor education

Strategy Education are looking for recent Graduates to work in schools throughout East Anglia as Cover Supervisors and Teaching Assistants. As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will be required to cover different subjects throughout the school day, supporting the students in class and managing behaviour. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, your position would involve providing additional support to students in secondary schools. You would be required to support and advance the learning of both mainstream and SEND pupils on a one-to-one and small group basis. The schools can be flexible on how many days per week you work, so full-time and part-time Graduate applications will be considered.
