LHH have been instructed by our partner client, an established national Commercial Firm, is seeking an Employment Law Associate to join their growing team. Led by a Legal 500 recognised Employment Partner, this would be an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor or one already at Associate level to offer a diverse range of clients non-contentious and contentious Employment services across the country. Role Details: As an Employment Associate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and support to clients on a range of employment law matters. Your expertise and knowledge in this field will be vital in delivering innovative and practical solutions to complex legal issues. Key Responsibilities: Advise on employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Provide guidance on disciplinary matters, grievance procedures, and settlement agreements. Support clients in resolving disputes, including unfair dismissal claims and discrimination cases. Conduct legal research and analysis to stay up-to-date with changes in employment law.Requirements: Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years #39; post-qualification experience in employment law. Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and case law. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
