This Year 4 role will commence September 2024 on a temp-perm basis for the right candidate. Role Expectations As the Year 4 teacher, you will be responsible for the progress and attainment of approximately 30 children of mixed ability. A large percentage of the class are working at age related expectations, but you will be required to differentiate learning to both scaffold and stretch individuals to unlock their potential. A background in SEND and experience with EHCP #39;s will be beneficial and particular strengths and ideas that support positive change will be warmly welcomed.
