Mechanical project manager

POSITION: Mechanical Project Manager LOCATION: Tooting SALARY: GBP60,000 - GBP70,000 per annum START DATE: ASAP - June 2024 Our client Is a reputable M E Contractor seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to manage the mechanical package on a High End Residential Project in the Tooting. Duties Responsibilities: * Tech subs/RFIs * QA via HQC system * Calling of materials * Loading with buyers for pre orders * Attend site meetings with the client and compile meeting minuets for internal issue to Senior Management. * Ensure seamless coordination and execution of mechanical electrical services with other trades. * Ensure a high standard of work is maintained throughout. * Liaise with Trades and suppliers ensuring labour are on time and to program. * Liaise with Procurement department ensuring materials are on time and to program. * Liaise with Senior management regarding progress, Labour productivity, variations. * Ensure effective communication with project management team. * Maintain on site compliance with the business health, Safety, Quality Environmental requirements for the duration of the project. * Manage the production of RAMS Progress reports
