Reception Teacher Responsibilities middot; Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that meet the requirements of the Reception curriculum middot; Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students #39; social and emotional development middot; Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities middot; Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies middot; Assess and monitor students #39; progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues middot; Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students #39; achievements and behaviour middot; Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a strong partnership between home and school Reception Teacher requirements: middot; QTS, EYTS, PGCE and strong academic record middot; Bachelor #39;s degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent middot; In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks middot; Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children middot; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues middot; Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons middot; A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students #39; learning and development middot; Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and students.
