Job Summary * Handling all ranges of interaction with customers via phone, email, live chat and other communication channels. Ensuring prompt, accurate and comprehensive answers. * Working as part of a team to ensure all areas of the Customer Service role are fulfilled. * Dealing with all customer enquiries or complaints in a timely and empathetic manner. * Working alongside our suppliers to ensure our customers receive a smooth and efficient ordering experience. * Building rapport with Customers and ensuring they always receive the highest level of communication. * Engaging with the Sales Team to recognise any potential quotes for larger order enquiries. * Using initiative to prioritise your daily workload ensuring all daily tasks are complete. * Actively seeking feedback from customers to help identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth. * Collaborating with internal teams to provide efficient and effective solutions for customers. * Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. * Contributing to the overall success of the team by maintaining a positive attitude and supporting colleagues.
