The Role: As a High-Level Teaching Assistant, you #39;ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the learning experience for our students. From supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons to providing one-on-one assistance to pupils, your creativity and passion will be at the forefront of every interaction. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and delivering dynamic lessons across various subjects. Provide targeted support to students, both individually and in small groups. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive. Collaborate closely with teaching staff to develop innovative learning strategies. Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events Requirements: HLTA qualification or equivalent experience. Passion for education and a desire to inspire young minds. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
