Vibe Recruit are looking for a Team Leader for our client based in Llanelli. Various shift patterns available Permanent GBP30-35k per annum The Role: - Organise shifts and encourage productivity - Promote awareness of Health Safety and Quality Assurance - Assist the Manufacturing Coordinator - Assist newcomers and help with training and development - Communicate handovers clearly The Ideal Candidate: - Has previous experience working in a leadership role within manufacturing - Has knowledge of production line and manufacturing processes - Is confident in leading and organising a team If you are interested in the role, please apply and one of the team will be in touch!
